Void Reaver Has Not Been Fixed Even though the 2.42 patch notes claimed that Void Reaver had been fixed and would once again target players in the combat logs with arcane orbs to allow mods such as bossmods to function on the fight, he does not. My guild tried him tonight and I checked the combat logs and there was nothing. We did get him to 7 percent however, which we felt was a good accomplishment for a bugged boss. Before I get flame comments about how its skill not mods that down bosses, Blizzard intentionally made Void Reaver harder several patches ago to keep the encounter difficult even with the mods. The arcane orbs come down at differing speeds making it impossible to dodge some orbs just with a visual warning. Now that the mods do not work on the fight, it is has been made harder then it was ever intended to be and I know tier 6 guilds that have severe difficulty with it.
